Invest in housing cooperatives and land trusts.
Ban new development that destroys Naturally Occurring Affordable Housing.
Up the percentage of affordable units required in all new developments to at least 50% based on 30% of the lowest Area Median Income.
Increase community and resident control of MPHA .
Support and fund existing land trust organizations.
Create pathways for Black and Brown collective ownership.
